I paid but did not receive my PDF. What should I do?
First check your spam/junk folder. If not there, email us at reports@mykundaliai.com with your payment ID and we will resend your report within 24 hours.
How long does it take to receive my reading?
Your PDF report is generated and sent to your email within 5 minutes of payment. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, please contact us.
I entered wrong birth details. Can I get a new reading?
Please email us within 24 hours of your order with the correct details and your payment ID. We will try to accommodate a correction at our discretion.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. We use your birth details only to generate your reading. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
What is the refund policy?
We offer refunds if your report was not delivered due to a technical error. Since readings are personalized digital products, we do not offer refunds if the report was successfully delivered. See our full Refund Policy.
Which ayanamsha and dasha system do you use?
We use Lahiri Ayanamsha (the most widely accepted in Vedic astrology) and Vimshottari Dasha system. Chart positions are calculated using Swiss Ephemeris via Prokerala API.
