We provide AI-powered Vedic Kundli readings delivered as PDF reports to your registered email address.

2. Nature of Service

KundliAI generates personalized Vedic astrology readings using:

• Your birth details (date, time, and place of birth)
• Astrological chart calculations using Lahiri Ayanamsha and Swiss Ephemeris
• AI interpretation via Claude (Anthropic) based on Vedic Jyotish principles

The readings are intended for guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind — medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise.

Astrology is a belief system. KundliAI makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any predictions or interpretations provided.

3. Eligibility

By using our service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• The birth details you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You are using this service for personal, non-commercial purposes

4. Ordering and Payment

All orders are processed through Razorpay, a RBI-regulated payment gateway. By placing an order, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The current price for a Complete Kundali reading is ₹499.

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive your PDF report at the email address provided within 30 minutes of payment.

5. Delivery

Your reading is delivered digitally to your email address. Please ensure you provide a valid, accessible email address at the time of ordering.

If you do not receive your report within 30 minutes, check your spam/junk folder first. If still not received, contact us at reports@mykundaliai.com with your payment ID.

We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Kundli report is generated uniquely for you and is for your personal use only. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the report
• Claim the report as your own original work
• Use the report content for commercial purposes without written permission from Novamind Labs

All website content, branding, design, and code is the intellectual property of Novamind Labs and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novamind Labs shall not be liable for:

• Any decisions made by you based on your Kundli reading
• Any loss, damage, or harm arising from reliance on astrological predictions
• Technical delays or interruptions beyond our reasonable control
• Inaccuracies resulting from incorrect birth details provided by the customer

Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for your order (₹499).

8. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

• Full refund if your report was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
• No refund once the report has been successfully generated and delivered

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use KundliAI to:

• Submit false or misleading birth information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our service
• Engage in any fraudulent transactions
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
