Contact information: Email address (to deliver your PDF report)
Payment information: Processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
Order information: Plan selected, payment ID, order timestamp

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for the following purposes:

To generate your personalized Vedic Kundli reading using AI
To deliver your PDF report to your email address
To maintain order records for our internal accounting and GST compliance
To improve our service quality (anonymized, non-personal data only)

We do not use your birth details for any purpose other than generating your reading.

3. Data Sharing

We share your data with the following third-party services only as necessary to provide our service:

Anthropic (Claude AI): Your birth details are sent to Claude AI to generate your personalized reading. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
Prokerala API: Your birth date, time and location are used to calculate your astrological chart positions.
Razorpay: Payment processing. Your payment data is governed by Razorpay's privacy policy.
Hostinger: Our hosting provider where your data is temporarily processed.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your order details (name, email, plan, payment ID) are stored in a secure Google Sheet accessible only to Novamind Labs for order management purposes.

Your birth chart reading is generated in real time and delivered directly to your email. We do not permanently store the full content of your reading.

All data transmission is encrypted via SSL/HTTPS.

5. Email Communication

We will send you:

Your Kundli PDF report (one email per order)
Occasional service updates or new product announcements (only if you opt in)

We do not send spam. You can contact us to be removed from any communication list.
