2. When We Will Issue a Full Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

You were charged but did not receive your PDF report within 30 minutes
You were charged twice for the same order
A technical error caused an incomplete or corrupted report to be delivered
The report was generated with incorrect details due to a system error on our end

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not available once your reading has been successfully generated and delivered to your email.

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
